Jeremy and Jason Neff opened Neff's Diesel Repair & Performance in 2008 with the goal of sharing their diesel repair experience with the Elko community. The Neff family has deep roots in Elko County, going back to 1928, and our team is proud to provide a valuable service to longstanding friends and neighbors who, like us, love the power and utility of diesel vehicles. Our ASE-certified diesel technicians are here to serve you across a wide range of diesel services, from preventive maintenance to engines and transmissions to fuel systems and more.

Our diesel repair experience is comprised of both real-world trial and error and upper-level industry training. Since we can remember, we have been working on ranch vehicles and equipment, and as technicians, we have earned many ASE certifications. Jeremy also has an Associates Degrees in Diesel Equipment Technology. Our expertise includes Cummins, Powerstroke, and Duramax maintenance and performance, and we have won dyno and sled pull awards racing these engines.
